What you are buying

Unsyllabus sells self-paced online courses: video lessons, downloadable templates and checklists, quizzes and assignments. Nothing is shipped. There are no live sessions or scheduled classes.

How you get access

After you pay, you get access to the course you bought, online, on any screen. If you have not received access within one business day, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

14-day refund

If a course is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full. Email jeff@jeffschenck.com with the email address you bought with. You do not have to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take several business days to show it. Your access to the course ends when the refund is issued.

After 14 days, purchases are final.

Cancellation

Every purchase is a single payment. Nothing renews automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. The All-Access pass covers 12 months from purchase and then ends unless you choose to buy it again.

Unsyllabus does not offer free trials.
